Grand street festivals are annual events in countries such as Canada, France, Holland, Germany and Japan. Now for the first time in Stockholm a truly genuine street festival with some of the world’s greatest street performers will be held between July 9-11. Kungsträdgården will be occupied by artists you wouldn’t believe exist, who will entertain, surprise and completely blow you away. Many of these street performers make their living by passing the hat, year in and year out, following the sun and the warm climate around the world. And now they are coming to Stockholm, so bring your family, gather all your friends and enjoy an eventful weekend. Welcome to first edition of Stockholm Street Festival.

THE ENGLISH GENTS (UK) Duo acrobatics
Denis Lock and Hamish McCann are two proper gentlemen who treat you to daring acrobatics whilst dressed in pressed suits, performing with a dry British wit. They also enjoy life’s quieter moments – a fascinating combination. The surprise ending is filled with finesse and is a tribute to the Queen of England. MAGMANUS (FRA/NO) Teeterboard & jugglers
Manu Tiger – a small passionate Frenchman, and Magnus Björu – a stout low-key Norwegian, together create a hilarious show where gravity is defied and the word balance gets a whole new meaning.

New Yorker Magic Brian has travelled the world with his magical and enjoyable sideshow and has also performed as a mystery guest on the Late Show with David Letterman. Inspired by the circus world and classical magic, Magic Brian creates unique and crazy acts filled with humor, passion and joy.

Acrobatics combined with zany ballet. Abi is a unique star who offers a captivating and titillating street theatre where laughter is never far away.
MR PINK (SWE) Diabolo equilibrism
Regardless of which street corner Mr Pink is standing on, he draws considerable crowds. His sensational diabolo tricks and accurate sense of humor make him the ideal street performer.
SAMORA SQUID (AUS) Happy Freakshow
Samora Squid, from Tasmania, is a nature freak who gives his audience an unforgettable freakhsow. He is an contortionist extraordinaire that defies all Medical Sciences where he twins his legs around his head, eats broken glass and swallows swords. Samora Squid is not like everyone else, he is the man who makes the impossible possible.
CHARLIE CAPER (SWE) Magic
Incredible magic performed at lightning speed by a world renowned street performer who enlivens the streets with his charm and dexterity. Winner of SwedishTalent 2009 and a silver medalist in the Beijing Magic World Championships the same year.
